[Typescript] Property 'includes' does not exist on type 'string[]'. ts(2339)

includes 에러가 났다.

오류 원인: includes 문법은 ES7 (ES2016)부터 지원된다. 버전을 es2017로 높여주자.

아래와 같이 es2017 문법을 추가하자.
